Omari Hutchinson has been backed to make an impression at AC Milan despite his difficult spell at Nottingham Forest and the doubts surrounding his move to Italy.
Journalist Giuseppe Pastore believes the forward has more ability than his Forest numbers suggest. Hutchinson joined Nottingham Forest last summer but found himself out of the picture after Oliver Glasner took over.
“He is better than people say,” Pastore said via Milan News.
Pastore believes Omari Hutchinson has the sort of qualities that can make him useful in AC Milan, even if there are parts of his game that still need work.

“I think he is a player specifically wanted by the coach. He is a profile with almost no track record and is unknown to most.”
The journalist pointed towards Hutchinson’s pace and ability to produce something unexpected in the final third.
“In reality, he has flashes of brilliance, speed, and even a bit of the flair and showiness of a trickster.”
There is a clear warning, though. Italy could demand more from Hutchinson tactically.
“He clearly needs tactical discipline – especially in Italy.”
“The qualities are there, and I don’t question the speed of a Premier League player. I have no doubt he is fast and physically ready for Serie A.”
For Hutchinson, the bigger challenge may be settling into a new environment and making the most of a loan move.
“You know, these players might feel like they’ve been ‘parked’ somewhere. But if he clicks and takes a liking to the atmosphere, the team, and the environment, he’s certainly not a player to be written off.”
