Daniel Munoz is back with Oliver Glasner after completing his move from Crystal Palace to Nottingham Forest.
The Colombian right-back has signed a three-year contract with Nottingham Forest, with the club holding an option to extend it for another year. A reported £22m fee has been agreed for the 30-year-old.
Daniel Munoz knows exactly what Oliver Glasner expects. The pair worked together at Palace, where they won the FA Cup, Community Shield and Conference League.
Daniel Munoz brings strong Premier League record
Since arriving in England from Genk in 2024, Munoz has quickly built a reputation as one of the Premier League’s most effective full-backs.
Since making his league debut in February 2024, Daniel Munoz has recorded 20 goal involvements, the most of any Premier League defender across that period.
He leaves Crystal Palace having made 109 appearances in all competitions. The Colombian scored 11 goals during his time at the club.
He played a key role in their FA Cup success in 2024/25, providing the decisive assist in the 1-0 victory over Manchester City in the final, where he was named Player of the Match.
Now he gets the chance to continue that form at the City Ground under a manager he already knows.
“I’m really excited because I can see so much talent, Forest is a team with great players, great qualities and great skills on the pitch, I can’t wait to get out there so I can help my new team-mates and I think that we’re going to do great things,” Munoz said.
Daniel munoz would be excited for his reunion with Glasner and have another chance to show what he can do at the top level.
